We are pleased to open a limited number of concession stands to non-profits in Northeastern Ohio as a way to raise much needed funds for their organization. You supply the manpower, we supply the rest. No hassles of bake sales or car washes!
Listed below are the answers to a few of our most commonly asked questions. This information will give you an overview of our program and what you need to know to get your organization involved in the 2017 Cleveland Indians baseball season.
What does my group need to get started?
Committed, service oriented volunteers who are at least 19 years of age.
Certification that the organization is a non-profit, tax exempt organization as defined in Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
We require a 12 game minimum commitment.
A designated group leader, this person will be in charge of the assigned location from open to close.
Do you provide training?
Yes, all volunteers must attend orientation/training classes which include proper service of alcohol as well as how to operate the stand and equipment.
What are the report times for each game?
Volunteers must begin to report 3 1/2 hours before the event begins. The length of the game varies, but most volunteers should be finished by one hour after the last out.
How much can my group earn?
Donations vary depending upon attendance and sales.
